Low Noise Amplifiers

A low noise amplifier is generally used as the RF or IF preamplifier in various radio receivers or the amplification circuit in sensitive electronic detecting instruments due to its low noise figure. In amplifying weak signal amplifier's own noise has serious interfere to the signal. Thus reduction of this noise is always wished to raise the signal/noise ratio. Performance of the first stage low noise amplifier directly determines sensitivity of a receiving system.

Trigiant mmW's LNAs cover the frequency range from a few MHz to 50 GHz. These MMIC based designs offer various gains and bandwidths, noise figure of as low as 0.7 dB, use internal voltage regulator/bias sequencing circuitry and operate from a single positive DC bias supply. Our LNAs provide industry with the lowest noise and highest linearity, are thus a good fit for wide applications in telecom, instrumentation as well as military defense and aerospace.
