Bias-Tees are three-port components primarily used to inject DC current or voltage into RF circuits without affecting the RF signal passing through the main transmission path. For a Bias-T, key specs include the bias voltage and current at the DC terminal, isolation between the RF and DC paths, RF bandwidth, group delay, insertion loss, and return loss. It is widely applied in broadband amplifier feeding, optical fiber communication, and radar systems.
