Model AP-20502325 is a broadband high power amplifier operating from 20 GHz to 50 GHz. It generates a linear power of up to 25 dBm and provides a small signal gain of 23 dB over the range. Employing GaAs MMIC technology, the amplifier operates from a single bias supply of + 5 Vdc to + 15 Vdc with an internal voltage regulator/bias sequencing circuitry, consuming a typical DC current of 400 mA quiescent and of up to 600 mA under RF linear operation. AP-20502325 has a highly miniaturized body of 32 x 32 x 12 mm3 (excluding connectors) and weighs 27 gram.
