Model JZ-SRF24121005 is a K band Doppler sensor head designed and manufactured for short range measurement of moving targets’ speed and direction. The sensor head operates at a nominal bias of + 5 Vdc/100 mA and has a center frequency of 24.125 GHz. It is composed of a microstrip patch array antenna and a K-band Doppler transceiver module consisting of a Gunn diode oscillator and two Schottky diode mixers assembled into a die-cast waveguide package. The sensor head transmitter delivers an EIRP of approximately 25 dBm.
