Model AP-01404018 is a broadband high power amplifier operating from 1 GHz to 40 GHz. It generates a linear power of up to 22 dBm and provides a small signal gain of 40 dB over the range. Employing GaAs MMIC technology, the amplifier operates from a single bias supply of +8 Vdc to +15 Vdc with an internal voltage regulator/bias sequencing circuitry, consuming a typical DC current of 600 mA quiescent and of up to 700 mA under RF linear operation. AP-01404018 has a highly miniaturized body of 50x32x12 mm3 (excluding connectors) and weighs 40 grams.
